TERMS & CONDITIONS
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Upon paying a deposit I acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo idea and have reviewed the artist's prior work to decide that the artist can implement my idea to my satisfaction.
Your deposit will be applied towards the price of the tattoo.
All tattoo deposits are non-refundable.
NO RESCHEDULING
The client understands prior to sending the deposit there is absolutely no rescheduling allowed.
If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be lost.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
Deposits are made through SquareUp or Zelle.
SquareUp allows any credit card, Apple Pay, or cash app. Payments made through here include a processing fee.
REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENT
On the day of the appointment the deposit is subtracted from the total.
Client promises to pay the remaining balance through SquareUp, Zelle, or Cash.
LATE POLICY
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and fail to communicate within that time frame , you will forfeit your deposit and appointment.
touch up POLICY
All touch-ups must be reviewed and approved before scheduling. One complimentary touch-up is included if deemed necessary.
Clients must notify me of any concerns within 30 days of their original appointment. Once approved, we will schedule the touch-up at a mutually agreed time.
Requests made after 30 days, or touch-ups that are not necessary, will be subject to a $100 shop minimum.
GUEST POLICY
One guest maximum. A chair is available; however, bringing a guest is not recommended. Maintaining a focused, professional environment between artist and client is essential for the tattoo process.
Exceptions apply only to matching or couple tattoos.
design POLICY
Tattoo designs are not sent in advance under any circumstances (email, DM, or text). Your design will be ready on the day of your appointment, and you will have time to review multiple options and request changes before we begin.
The design process is included as part of your tattoo experience. I work collaboratively with you until the design feels right.
This policy ensures originality, protects the artwork, allows me to focus fully on clients who are ready to move forward, and ensures the best possible result.
age requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older. A valid government-issued ID will be required at the time of the appointment. No exceptions.
